Last updated: May 25, 2026

IdeaaS Srl operates the Fish&i mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Service, as well as the choices you have associated with that data.

This application is designed as a corporate/B2B work tool for the operational management and reporting of aquaponic greenhouses equipped with the registered IdeaaS Edge system.

  1. Collection and Use of Information We collect several types of information for various purposes in order to provide and improve our Service. The App requires specific device permissions to function properly:
    • Camera and Gallery (Photo/Video Library): The application requires access to the device’s camera and local storage to take photos, record videos, and apply watermarks (e.g. date and time). These media files are necessary to document the status of activities (e.g. posting checks) and are sent to our servers.
    • Location (GPS): The application may require access to location data (Geolocation) to certify the place where a specific operation is performed or a photo is taken, in order to ensure the validity of the report.
    • Usage and Log Data: We collect information on how the app is accessed and used, such as the type of device, operating system, and diagnostic data in the event of crashes.
  2. Transfer of Data and Third-Party Services The data collected (including photos, videos, and notes) is transferred and stored on our internal management systems for the intended work purposes. We may use third-party services (for example Google Firebase) for authentication, database management, or app crash monitoring. Such third parties have access to Personal Data only to perform these activities on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
  3. Data Security The security of your data is important to us. We adopt reasonable, industry-standard security measures to protect the information collected through the app. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
  4. Data Retention We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable legal and tax obligations.
  5. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR) If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. If you wish to be informed about which Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances, you have the following rights:
    • The right to access, update, or delete the information we have about you.
    • The right of rectification.
    • The right to object.
    • The right of restriction.
    • The right to data portability.
  6. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We recommend that you review this Policy periodically.
